Our skilled drivers are trained to safely navigate most reasonably flat residential & commercial settings.  We are not required to park in a personal driveway. Should your location include hills, narrow streets, and/or rough terrain you can divert us to a nearby park, church, or business parking lot. In addition, customers are required to get pre-approval directly from any third party location before our company arrives.

That’s why we bring our Game Coach to every event! He/She helps the kids along, inspires and instructs. We make sure it’s the party of the year!

We will discuss the party and games with you prior to arrival. We have many different age appropriate games for all levels of party-goers.

If you have such concerns, inform the Game Coach upon arrival and he/she will make sure that the gaming is appropriate. Otherwise, the Game Coach will follow the lead of the guest(s) of honor and make sure they are having the time of their lives!

We come rain or shine, — The Video Game Theater is climate controlled -with heating and air conditioning. As long as it is safe for us to drive, we’ll be there. Should there be severe weather, (ie tornado, snow, ice, etc), your event will be rescheduled to the next available date/time agreed upon with no penalty.

We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is one hour or half-hour before our arrival time — that way they eat first & they all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater!

There will be no charge for additional guest; however, please keep in mind that only a select amount of people per package can play at one time and rotations are needed to ensure everyone has an opportunity to play.

We also bring the full game library to every event and your Game Coach will listen to and make suggestions to make your event successful. We do request that if you want “M” rated games you send us an e-mail or list them in the comments section when booking. Please also let us know if you have a special theme or game request and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your wishes.

The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He/she tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for service is a great idea, but not required.

Our reservations fill-up quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay a 50% deposit online or arrange to mail your payment to us. Otherwise, your date and time is still open for booking by others. Please call to discuss if your organization or situation is an exception, and we can talk about options.

As soon as you pay for your birthday party, we will email you confirmation that includes link to access electronic invitations and the t-shirt will be given to the guest of honor at the beginning of the event. Please note not all packages such as non-profit and/or school events include invitations and t-shirts. If you would like to add these to your package please notify us.
